Terms and Holiday Conditions
Rock 'n' Roll Travel is a division of Travelscene
Caloundra License 618 (an independent member of
the Travelscene group of travel agents in Australia License 618) and arranges travel
arrangements only. We do not accept liability of whatever nature for
the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those
airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons
providing services in connection with your tour pursuant to a contract
between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct and exclusive
control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any death
or injury to any person, damage or loss to any property or otherwise
including baggage) delay, additional expenses or inconvenience sustained
or suffered in or during any journey trip or tour, or in carrying out
of any arrangements booked by or through it and not withstanding that
its principle may be foreign company, corporation or person and that
so far as Travelscene Caloundra shall not be acting
as such agents, as above, it shall be deemed to be acting as agents
for the passengers effecting the bookings. The issuance and acceptance
of receipts, tickets, service vouchers and/or exchange orders shall
be deemed as consent by the passenger to the above conditions. Travelscene
Caloundra also reserves the right to charge the
client any fees/price increases charged by the airlines and service
operators (includes fluctuations in the exchange rate).
Deposits
and Final Monies
A
non refundable deposit is required at the time of making the reservation.
Final monies are due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure or as
otherwise instructed. A 2% levy will be surcharged automatically to
all holidays paid for by credit card. Once final monies have been paid,
any cancellation will result in total monies being forfeited. In these
instances, we strongly recommend our clients purchase comprehensive
travel insurance. Note: Deposits and final monies will only be refunded
should the tour be cancelled.
Amendments
to Bookings
Travelscene
Caloundra reserves the right to charge a $50 service
fee per amendment of original booking.
Operation
Of Tours
Travelscene
Caloundra has the right to cancel any of its tours
at its own discretion should a minimum number of passengers "not
be" achieved on any given departure. Minimum numbers will vary
on each tour and are also at the discretion of Travelscene Caloundra. We also have the right to change the inclusions,
tour itinerary, dance instructors, hosts and pricing of the holidays up to and including the day
of departure should the need arise. Should a tour be cancelled by
ourselves, total monies will be refunded to all clients booked on the
tour.
