Rhonda and Ray, Renegade Rockers

Rhonda was the founder of Renegade Rockers which comprises of over 300 club members. Rhonda and Ray have a combined total of 25 years teaching experience between them.

Renegade Rockers run regular Rock & Roll dances at arguably the largest town halls in Melbourne (i.e. Williamstown and Coburg). They have performed at corporate functions, public demonstrations and several dance venues around Australia. Together they can deliver a Rock & Roll experience to the simplest or the most advanced dancers. 

Whilst Rock & Roll is the basis of Renegade Rockers, both Rhonda and Ray teach Swing, Jive, Ceroc and Line Dancing to encourage self development and confidence on the dance floor. Whilst our philosophy is based on lots of fun, a highly professional approach is maintained during the course of each lesson. Our style will get you up and socially dancing our moves quickly. 

Our lessons will provide you with valuable tips on how to remember and execute set moves to look stylish on the dance floor. Dancing is more than just moves; it's feeling the music, therefore we will teach you to choose the right moves to suit the music which will make you look good on the floor. Dancers at all levels will find these tips interesting & valuable to help make dancing fun and exciting. 

Both Rhonda and Ray have judged several competitions. However, teaching dancers for competition is vastly different than teaching people to dance socially. Although we have concentrated on teaching people to dance socially, Renegade Rockers also trained several competition winners. The most notable being the Australian South East Champions - 2003.
